Welcome to the Communication Channel of Cosco Shipping Ports (Spain) Terminals, S.L.U., from this platform you can present your communication confidentially, and then proceed with the appropriate investigation.
Who can use this channel?
The informant channel can ONLY be used by people who have the status of:
- Employees
- Self-employed collaborators
- Shareholders, participants and persons belonging to the administrative, management or supervisory body of a company, including non-executive members.
- Any person who works for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
What can you inform?
The whistleblower channel will only be used for the communication of possible crimes and/or non-compliance referring to:
A. Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law
B. Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
C. Non-compliance with:
A. Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law
B. Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
C. Non-compliance with:
- Policies and Procedures established in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and the Planning of Preventive Activity.
- Data Protection Policies.
- Other internal Policies and Procedures.

What facts do you want to report? Describe the facts in the most detailed, precise and objective way possible. Include all the facts you consider relevant. It is not necessary to make a legal qualification of them.
When did they occur? Knowing the time period referred to by the events and whether they continue to occur today will help to carry out an effective investigation of them.
Where have they occurred? Knowing the corporate, departmental or physical location of the events can be very important information.
Can you provide any evidence? Detail, if known, which people are involved and which people could testify about these events. Do you have documents that help prove the reported facts? It is not mandatory, but it can be key to applying conflict of interest filters, facilitating the investigation and elucidating the veracity of the statements contained.

The total and absolute confidentiality of the complainant, the accused and other people who may be related, as well as the content of the complaint, is guaranteed.
The Grupo CSP Spain complaints channel allows anonymity, so those complaints that do not contain the identification data of the complainant will be accepted for processing, and will be investigated with the greatest prudence and proportionality.
IMPORTANT: The code assigned when a report is made is the only form of access and it is the responsibility of the complainant to keep it. This channel guarantees the confidentiality of communications and offers the possibility of preserving anonymity. It also allows maintaining collaboration with the Entity in verifying the facts. It is important that dialogue is maintained between complainants and the Entity through this channel to facilitate investigation tasks and verify the facts. The lack of response to the information requests formulated through the Complaints Box could lead to the archiving of the actions.
