Channel introduction
UNIVERGY SOLAR is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and has a solid ethical culture formalized in its Code of Conduct aimed at the good governance of the organization, as well as prevention and rejection of those behaviours that are not adapted to Values, Principles and Standards of the company.
In order to prevent regulatory breaches and correct the detected ones, UNIVERGY INTERNATIONAL, S.L. has established a public access to an Ethical Channel to communicate confidentially the alleged commission of behaviours included in the scope of application of Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.

Who can use this channel?
The informant channel can ONLY be used by people who have the status of:
- Employees
- Self-employed collaborators
- Shareholders, participants and persons belonging to the administrative, management or supervisory body of a company, including non-executive members.
- Any person who works for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
What can you inform?
The whistleblower channel will only be used for the communication of possible crimes and/or non-compliance referring to:
A. Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law
B. Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
C. Non-compliance with:
A. Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law
B. Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
C. Non-compliance with:
- Policies and Procedures established in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and the Planning of Preventive Activity.
- Data Protection Policies.
- Other internal Policies and Procedures.

The total and absolute confidentiality of the complainant, the accused and other people who may be related, as well as the content of the complaint, is guaranteed.
The UNIVERGY INTERNATIONAL S.L. complaints channel allows anonymity, so those complaints that do not contain the identification data of the complainant will be accepted for processing, and will be investigated with the greatest prudence and proportionality.
IMPORTANT: The code assigned when a report is made is the only form of access and it is the responsibility of the complainant to keep it. This channel guarantees the confidentiality of communications and offers the possibility of preserving anonymity. It also allows maintaining collaboration with the Entity in verifying the facts. It is important that dialogue is maintained between complainants and the Entity through this channel to facilitate investigation tasks and verify the facts. The lack of response to the information requests formulated through the Complaints Box could lead to the archiving of the actions.
Tracking and all communication will take place exclusively within the app.
